By using the Website, the User agrees to these General Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, you should refrain from using the Website.
All intellectual property rights regarding the informational resources and content on the Website are exercised by the Operator. These rights are protected under the Bulgarian Copyright and Related Rights Act, and any use of content from the Website without the Operator’s consent is a violation of the law, which may result in civil, administrative, or criminal liability.
Any copying or reproduction of information beyond what is permissible, or any other infringement of intellectual property rights regarding the resources and content on the Website, entitles the Operator to claim compensation for direct and indirect damages, including lost profits, in full.
The Operator takes necessary measures to keep the Website’s content up to date but does not guarantee its accuracy. Consequently, the Operator is not responsible for any damages, including direct or indirect damages or lost profits, that a User may incur in connection with the Website’s content or access to it. By using the Website, Users assume all risks associated with its use, including risks to their end-user devices, software, or data.
If the Website contains links to external content, the User acknowledges that the Operator has no control over such content and is not responsible for any consequences arising from activating links leading outside the Website.
The Operator is not liable for malicious actions by third parties that may target the User when using the Website. Users access the Website at their own risk.
Where the Operator provides Users the ability to upload content to the Website, they must not upload defamatory, obscene, offensive, pornographic, or otherwise illegal or immoral content.
Users should use the Website in good faith and refrain from malicious actions that could affect the accessibility of the content to third parties or disrupt the overall functionality of the Website.
The Operator’s event calendar is published on the Website, specifying the event type, name, duration, participation fee, terms, and other details at the Operator’s discretion.
Registration for events is completed through the Website. A User is considered registered after submitting a completed application, agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions, and paying the full participation fee. After submitting the application and payment, the User’s name is added to the participant list, and they receive an email confirmation of successful registration and payment receipt.

Participants in the Operator’s 2025 events automatically become temporary members of the Association until the end of 2025. Membership arises upon event registration, acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, and payment of the event fee and terminates on December 31, 2025. Temporary membership grants access to all benefits provided by the Association. The participation fee is considered the membership fee for 2025.
Refund Policy:
If a User cancels or is unable to participate in an event, they must notify the Operator via email. The participation fee is non-refundable but can be transferred as a fee for future events. Membership rights remain valid until the end of 2025.
Event Cancellation:
If an event is canceled by the Operator or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, health crises, government orders), all paid fees will be refunded in full within one month from the cancellation announcement. Participants will be notified of the refund process and required to provide necessary banking details. The Operator is not responsible for additional costs or inconveniences resulting from event cancellation. Membership rights terminate immediately upon event cancellation.
The Operator reserves the right to modify these General Terms and Conditions at its discretion. The current terms will always be published on the Website.
For any issues not covered by these General Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the applicable Bulgarian legislation will apply.
